With an MTX Modular Building System there are endless opportunities with regard to the internal design and we are committed to meeting our clients’ exact Architectural requirements.

Below we identify a small number of examples available for your consideration.

Door Systems

Internal door systems for all our modular buildings are available in all sizes and styles. Available in self coloured uPVC, natural timber and powder coated aluminium.

Internal security facilities for doors can be provided to meet your specifications and requirements. Vision panels are included in all internal doors where regulations require. They can also be added to meet your particular requirements.

Wall Linings

We have a wide range of internal wall finishes including a standard paint or plasterboard finish or more specialised vinyl or cladding wall system for more hygienic building installations. All wall finishes come in a wide range of colours.

Ceilings

Standard ceiling height in modular buildings and prefabricated buildings is generally 2.4 metres with a maximum height of 3.3 metres if required. The ceiling lining can either be in pre-finished vinyl faced plasterboard, dry lined plasterboard with an emulsion paint finish, or a suspended ceiling with an internal height of up to 3m.

• Ceiling height from 2.4 metres to a maximum of 3.3 metres
• Pre-finished vinyl faced plasterboard
• Dry lined plasterboard, emulsion paint finish
• Suspended ceiling to a maximum height of 3 metres

Floor Covering

All types of floor coverings are available for different areas of the modular building. Heavy-duty carpet tiles, soft pile carpeting and non-slip vinyl for wet areas are just some examples of the type of flooring solutions available.
