Due to increasing waiting lists and various other demands on the NHS and private healthcare sectors, fast track modular facilities are now a recognised economical solution to short, medium and long term requirements.

Modular units are constructed off site within a controlled environment, during this process the manufacture of buildings takes place when we also carry out part of the specialist internal fit out incorporating specialist services and finishes. Whilst this facility is in production we are on site preparing the groundworks in readiness to accept the modules being craned into position.

Once all the units are positioned our team of specialists are able to attend site and complete the final fit out where we will complete the installation of services and ensure that the finished are to the highest standards.

By completing the process in a simultaneous manner we are able to significantly reduce on site construction periods minimising on site personel and disruption making the hospital a safer and more productive environment.

On many occasions we have been complimented on how it is virtually impossible to distinguish the modular facilities from traditional build.
