At MTX we offer a complete turnkey package for traditionally built operating theatres from conception to completion. Our construction solution can include building design, mechanical and electrical design, building and planning application and approval, construction and full fit out including specialist medical equipment should this be a requirement.

Our new build healthcare projects are based upon an installation method which is a combination of a traditional build and a modular fit out. There are many advantages to be gained by completing our works in this way, by utilising the long term advantages of the traditional building with the reduced programme and flexibility of a modular installation using the latest products and techniques.
