Investors In People.

After recently undergoing the routine appraisal of the Investors In People standard MTX is proud to announce they continue to exceed the requirements set out by the standard and have successfully renewed their accreditation.

In the IiP report findings it was highlighted that 'MTX's main strengths, over and above its marketplace reputation and client base, is its internal culture and behaviors and MTX continues to work above the core standard of IiP. MTX values the IiP standard and continues to ensure its best practice is part of how the company operates'.

After conducting the in-site interviews the IiP Assessor concluded that 'MTX is a great place to work' and 'that employees feel a sense of ownership and pride in working for the organisation'.
