Job Win - Stockport Primary Care Trust

MTX has been contracted by Norland Project Management Services to design and build two separate modular building extensions for Stockport Primary Care Trust.

The single storey building extensions will be constructed at Bramhall and Romiley Health Centres and will provide the facilities with additional consulting rooms, general office accommodation and additional storage. The contract also includes the minor remodelling of some of the original accommodation at both sites to cater for the new modular buildings.

The £175,000 design and build project, which is due to be completed in mid-April 2011, will provide each health centre and its local community with an improved facility and better services to manage the ever increasing requirement.
