OR-POD™

Designed to give our clients a rapid response and a high quality Operating Theatre which meets the stringent requirements of HTM’s and HBN’s, the innovative OR-POD can be constructed as part of an entirely new operating theatre development or within a redundant location of an existing hospital.

Our fully HTM and HBN compliant system comprises of the following:

Pre manufactured mechanical, electrical and medical gas skids which would arrive on site fully tested and ready to be installed all terminating at a common place for connection to by main M&E contractor.
Modular Mechanical, Electrical and Medical Gas Services pre installed within Modular walling system
Modular powder coated wall system with Anti Bacterial properties with pre installed sockets, sanitaryware, medical gas, surgeons panel and nurse call outlets
Modular Ceiling system with pre installed apertures for ventilation system and lighting
Optional Ultra Clean Canopy
Co-ordinated Equipment Supply
Pre assembled and fixed doors, ironmongery and fitted furniture
Vinyl flooring to entire theatre suite conforming to HBN

Once we are able to conclude the clients design, we are able to install theatres in a far reduced time period in comparison to that of a traditional build.
