As part of extensive re-development works being undertaken by BAM Construction at Aintree hospital, MTX secured the contract to provide a new modular seminar suite on the site.
Due to the location of the building which is sited at second floor level on part of the existing building, extensive enabling works were required prior to the units being delivered to prepare the area whilst ensuring the neighbouring ‘live’ areas of the hospital function without disruption. The congested site created further logistical challenges and meant that careful planning was required with regards delivery/cranege of the building into position.
The project is currently on programme to be completed in November 2012 with on-site works accounting for only six weeks of the overall programme.
