MTX, a market leader in the provision of bespoke Modular Healthcare Construction has recently been included in the new Modular Building Systems framework awarded by Government Procurement Service.

MTX is one of several successful companies appointed to support and deliver Modular Buildings as part of the government’s on-going commitment to reduce capital expenditure over the coming years providing high quality schemes on time and within budget.

By continually delivering added value through established supply chains MTX is committed to enhancing innovation, continual improvement and standardisation throughout projects, participating in benchmarking and performance management.

This framework will provide a high quality pre-approved supply chain allowing NHS clients and other public sector organisations to procure buildings without having to go through the EU OJEU tendering procedures saving an estimated six months in procurement time and consequential significant procurement costs.

Clients and their chosen supply chain will work collaboratively to develop their schemes using common principles, processes and tools that have proven to deliver quality schemes on time and within budget.

Talking of the recent announcement, Commercial Director David Hartley says “Being awarded a place on this framework is a pinnacle event for MTX and we are all excited about working to ensure all the benefits of this framework are realised by our clients”.
