Many of the team started their careers at MTX where we supported them through college to obtain academic qualifications. These dedicated and committed individuals have matured to become some of our most talented and experienced managers responsible for delivering our projects. Whilst encouraging graduate applications, our aim is to also work with local schools and colleges to inspire more young people to work within the construction sector and further increasing our apprentices within the business.
We work proactively to retain our team and ensuring we meet individual career aspirations is a fundamental part of this. We are a growing business and our team will grow with us ensuring we promote from within. By continuing to retain our team and meeting their own goals we can ensure we provide continuous service and relationship to our clients.
Team work is vital to maintain morale both within and away from the working environment. Throughout the year we encourage members of the team to be involved in numerous activities away from busy office and site environments. Some of the events we have recently been involved in include; It’s a Knockout Challenge for the Together Trust, Coast to Coast for the Princes Trust, Chester Races, Five a side football, Karting evenings in addition to numerous social gatherings.
